    My wife and I have now successfully and happily purchased two UK properties through Prosperity Wealth. As expats living in South East Asia we were very keen to start developing a UK property plan. We have owned our first property for just over a couple of years now and used Prosperities monthly payment plan whilst the new build was being developed. This was great for us at the time allowing us to step onto the property market without having to have a substantial deposit. More recently we completed our second purchase just over 2 months ago. This was a more drawn out purchase process which was complicated time and again by the covid situation in the UK - mortgage lenders were moving the goalposts for us and mortgage brokers struggling to find us a good deal. Through all the stress (and there was a deal of this) the one constant was the professionalism and support of the Prosperity Team. David Yelloly and Angel Whitby were great! Both properties are occupied as buy to let rentals, both were occupied very quickly and again I have had great experiences with with Kam Sandhu from Lamont and Co. I personally feel a lot more experienced in the house buying process now and a lot of this has come about by the number of lengthy conversations afforded to me by both David and Angel when we were looking to answers for obstacles others had placed in our way.

    Amazing service, front and back end. My sales manager Peter has been a star throughout the whole exchange process. His 25 years experience in the property industry was a massive help for me when deciding what area to invest in, hence why I brought two flats in one go in an area I’ve never even visited before!
