Prosperity Wealth has been recognised by the British Royal Army for its contribution to the running of a local kids boxing club.
In association with the Fitness Factory 2 gym in Birmingham, Prosperity along with a group of local businesses have been awarded the Work in the Community medal, following the on-going success of a weekly boxing club. Open to kids of all ages, the class was launched to encourage children into a social environment.
Joe Billingham, Prosperity Wealth said: It’s great to see these kids training hard, enjoying themselves and channelling their energies in the right way. There is a massive social value in what goes on at these classes, so we were all really proud to have received this recognition from the Army.”
Fitness Factory owner Simon Haycock said: “As a fitness centre dedicated to serving the local community, funding from local businesses like Prosperity is vital to the success of these groups. It’s great to see the levels of attendance from kids of all ages week after week, coming into a social environment focused around fitness and confidence building.”
