With 23 years of experience in the construction industry, Kris has delivered a diverse range of schemes, successfully managing and delivering multiple high-value projects alongside firms such as Galliford Try, Vistry Homes, Interserve, Morgan Sindall and Winvic.
Initially starting out on the tools, Kris has risen through the ranks and carved out a career that’s seen him manage some of the highest profile jobs in the country, with projects varying from £500k to £250m such as the military defence rehabilitation centre (DNRC) – £250m, Resorts World at the NEC – £90m and Leicester city Training Ground – £200m.
In his role as Project Manager at Prosperity Deveopments, Kris oversees and manages all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that the project is built as per design, on time and on budget.
When Kris is not at work he enjoys spending quality time with his family. When he is not in his workshop, he is travelling the country with the kids and dogs, finding new adventures and creating new memories.
