With over 30 years’ experience in Sales Management & Customer service, Perm is a highly effective communicator and all-round ‘peoples-person!’
As part of the operations team, Perm’s role offers clients support and guidance through each key milestone of the purchasing journey – from initial exchange of contracts, through to mortgage preparation when required and onto final completion.
She also works closely with our global sales introducer network, to ensure their clients are kept up to date with progress onsite across their respective developments and are aware of each upcoming milestone, project by project.
Outside of the office you can find Perm walking around her local park, or on her treadmill at home, whilst watching true crime & serial killer documentaries. Perm once accidentally bumped heads with Kiera Knightley – whilst attempting a selfie!
