The development team submitted a planning application to discharge the Outline Planning Permission reserved matters planning conditions in February 2021.
Prosperity is currently working with the Norfolk Highways Department to design and procure the new site access roundabout situated on the A1122 main road.
The Prosperity Utilities consultant is with working with the gas, water, electricity and telecommunication service providers to design, cost and implement bringing the services to the site.
The Prosperity Homes site delivery team is being assembled to be in place by late October 2021.
