• Finalising all internal finishes to the apartments, with units being handed over for final snagging almost daily.
• Externally, the Section 278 works are underway, which includes the completion of the render to the courtyard and podium deck areas, followed by the landscaping.
• The under-croft car park block paving is complete and electric garage doors are in situ and functional.
• The targeted practical completion for both the apartments and the communal areas remains as the end of November.
• Following practical completion a notice to complete will be issued and handovers will commence.
