Due to Covid-19, Birmingham City Council are hosting virtual planning committees to keep the planning decision making process operational, this has resulted in additional delays as a backlog is cleared from the agendas of previously cancelled planning committees
Prosperity are continuing to work proactively with Birmingham City Council Officers to promote the residential scheme
The planning application is now targeted to be included on the September Planning Committee agenda
