JQ Rise Update Q4 2020

  • Planning permission was granted on the 4 June for the 226 units
  • 106 Agreement is progressing and will be executed September 2020
  • The profession team to deliver the development is being assembled along with discussions with a number of main contractors
  • Service disconnections to the existing are being procured prior to the October / November commencement of the demolition works
  • Design development continues
  • Targeted start on site January 2021
