With over 20 years of experience working with a large PLC developer, Trevor has managed the commercial aspects of multiple residential developments including large infrastructure projects.
In his role at Prosperity Developments as a Senior Quantity Surveyor for the residential schemes, Trevor manages the financial performance of the budget, including the procurement of subcontract packages and some material supplies. Being site based provides a unique opportunity to become immersed within the project and provide commercial guidance to the site management team and assist day to day.
When he’s not at work, Trevor enjoys spending time with friends and family, country walks and city breaks.
