  • Due to Covid-19, Birmingham City Council are hosting virtual planning committees to keep the planning decision making process operational, this has resulted in additional delays as a backlog is cleared from the agendas of previously cancelled planning committees
  • Prosperity are continuing to work proactively with Birmingham City Council Officers to promote the residential scheme
  • The planning application is now targeted to be included on the September Planning Committee agenda
