Level 5 has now been skimmed

Level 4 – all kitchens are in and most of the bathrooms, 2nd fix decs have started

Level 2 – all framework is in and first fix electrics done, awaiting boarding and skimming

Post boxes installed and new bin store completed

Upcoming works next 4 weeks

  • Level 5 kitchen installation to commence
  • Level 2 boarding out and skimming of the walls
  • Level 4 finishing off kitchens and bathrooms
  • Level 3 kitchens and bathrooms final fixes
  • Work on the penthouse will begin

●New communal toilets have been completed
●Demolition works have been completed on Level 6
●Structural steel drawing just received and we are out for penthouse pricing
●Redundant plant and equipment has been removed
●Water supply pipes and electricity supply cables have been installed for above levels
●First fixes installed for door entry systems, telephones, and TV systems have been completed
●Water supply systems for the communal areas have been modernised and upgraded
●Additional window units have been installed in locations needed
●Water cylinders have been ordered and due for delivery early December
●Kitchen layouts being worked on
●Interior design team have been working on colour schemes and styles for decorating and kitchen units
●Materials have been forward purchased for remaining levels, including plasterboard, insulation, metal, and plumbing supplies
