Cathedral House Site Update Q1 2021

Works carried out within a Grade 11 listed building conditions.
Internal drainage completed
Acoustic matting laid to the upper floors
2^nd fix plumbing and electrics completed to Plots 1-6
Top floor stripped back to expose the roof timbers and to create the top floor apartments, Plots 7 & 8.
Majority of the plastering complete to the 1^st and 2^nd floor apartments and mist coat applied.
Joinery works progressing: – doors, frames architraves and restorations.
Restoration works progressing to the window linings, communal staircases, and wood panelling.
Replacement heritage sash windows have been manufactured and awaiting delivery and fitting on site.
Secondary glazing to be installed once the new sash windows have been fitted.
Kitchen and bathroom installation progressing
Woodwork preparation commenced prior to painting.
Estimated completion: Q2 2021
