  • All windows are now refurbished and secondary glazing installed throughout
  • Bathrooms complete and hot water cylinders are now installed
  • Kitchens fitted, cooker extract fans and appliances to be installed
  • Kitchen tiling is progressing
  • First and second fix joinery work complete
  • Floor coverings progressing
  • Exterior painting finished
  • External scaffolding to be dismantled
  • Internal decorations progressing throughout the building
  • Estimated completion Q2 2021
