Chartwell Plaza Site Update
- Build completion is now concluded for all Chartwell apartments and with just the final finishes to conclude in the lower communal and lobby areas
- Despite having been severely impacted by Covid-19 pandemic with a shortage of materials and labour– work has progressed massively in the communal areas
- Building exterior clean up now concluded
- Building control inspector has carried out pre-sign off visit– actual sign off due week commencing 24th August
- All utilities connected to mains supply and commissioned
- Final works for lower corridors and lobby– painting and flooring to be concluded
- Lifts due to be commissioned 3rd week of August
