Seven House Update Q3 2021

 

  • Apartments internally complete. Awaiting final inspection and handover.
  • Common areas have been decorated and prepared for receiving the floor coverings.
  • Lift installed and commissioned.
  • Water and main drainage connected.
  • Mains electrical connection due 6 September 21
  • Decorative wall tiling being progressed to the front elevation.
  • Footpath works to the front of the building progressing.
  • Final testing and commissioning of the services to the building prior to completion.
  • Estimated Completion: Q3 2021
