Severn House Site Update Q2 2021

 

  • Internal fit out is in progress
  • 1st to 3rd floors 2nd fixed with decorations on these floors commencing from 10/05/21
  • Fourth to Sixth floors are mist coated with the second floor fixed
  • First to third floors kitchens, bathroom sanitary ware, floor and wall tiling are all progressing
  • Ductwork and final first fix M&E works progressing on floors seven to nine
  • All windows are now fitted
  • Brickwork façade to the seventh floor
  • External rendering preparation progressing to the rear elevation
  • Fire sprinkler installation is complete
  • Lift installation is commencing 17 May 2021
  • Information being collated to discharge pre-occupation planning conditions prior to completion 
  • Estimated Completion: Q2/Q3 2021
