Severn House Update Q3 2020

  • Construction work has commenced at the Severn House site in accordance with the government’s health and safety guidelines for COVID-19
  • Site hoardings are in position
  • Work commenced 24th July 2020, beginning with the demolition of the exisiting buidling
  • Site clearance underway and installation of piling mat
  • Foundation works expected to commence this month
  • Party Wall Awards are progressing well and anticipated to be in place later this month
