B5 Site Update

  • Following success of the pre-application process, we are currently finalising the full planning application which is to be submitted by the end of January. Response time from Birmingham City Council is currently 12 weeks.
  • Detailed design work is being conducted alongside the planning phase which, subject to planning approval, could result in construction commencing in June 2018.
