Due to the impact of the Covid pandemic and import issues relating to Brexit, the UK construction industry is currently experiencing severe material shortages and extended delivery timescales which is impacting on the delivery programme for Moseley Street. The Prosperity team are striving to mitigate these delay items by seeking alternative suppliers or amending the design to accommodate alternative materials.
